Why Marliina?

According to Inuit mythology before the moon and sun existed, there was a girl named Marliina who discovered she had sexual intercourse with her brother, Aningaaq without her knowledge. She ran away in shame and started to float and shine very bright. Her brother chased her and also started to float, but didn't shine as much. They transformed to the sun(Marliina) and the moon(Aningaaq), and the old tale says that till this day the moon is still chasing the sun.
